The ground rules for using DataTrustly.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DataTrustly website and services provided by Data Trust OÜ (“DataTrustly”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
DataTrustly provides data scoring and enrichment APIs and related tools, as described on our site. We’re an early-stage product, so features may change as we improve — we’ll try not to break things you rely on without good reason.
You need an account for most features. Keep your credentials secure — you’re responsible for activity under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract and use the service for lawful business purposes.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis for any personal data you send to our API.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance (see Pricing). Usage beyond your plan’s included calls is billed at our published overage rate. Trials, discounts and Enterprise terms are as described on our site or in your order. Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated.
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Where we process personal data on your behalf, we act as your processor under a data processing agreement.
We own the service, software and content (other than your data). You keep ownership of the data you submit and the results you generate, and you grant us the rights we need to provide the service to you.
We work hard on reliability and publish uptime targets, but those figures are goals, not guarantees. Except where a specific SLA is agreed in writing, the service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or for non-payment. On termination, your right to use the service ends, and we’ll handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy and your agreement.
We may update these Terms. We’ll change the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, give reasonable notice. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Estonia, without prejudice to any mandatory legal protections that apply to you.
